Whether you are arriving from across the globe or across the state, use this guide to navigate to Santa Fe.

The Path to Santa Fe

Traveling by Air

There are two primary gateways to the region.

Both offer beautiful views of the desert landscape as you arrive.

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ)

Located 65 miles south of Santa Fe, this is the largest airport in the area. It offers the most flight options and is a scenic 60-minute drive from Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF)

A smaller alternative located just 20 minutes from the Railyard. This is a convenient option for those flying through some major hubs like Dallas, Denver, or Phoenix.

On the Ground

Once you land, there are several transportation options available.

A reliable daily shuttle service running between the Albuquerque Sunport and Santa Fe.

A private car service offering personalized pickups from both regional airports.

Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Please be aware that wait times can increase in the late evening due to a limited number of drivers.

Rental Cars

Most major agencies operate at both airports. We recommend booking in advance and shopping around for the best seasonal rates.

This scenic train is a beautiful way to experience the landscape. It arrives directly at the Railyard, just steps from our venue. To climb aboard, take a short rideshare from the airport to the nearby station and enjoy the ride.

Where to Stay

These spaces were chosen for their proximity to the Railyard, ensuring you are never far from the heart of the gathering. We have secured dedicated group rates at select hotels and curated a list of local favorites to help you find the right space for your stay!

Santa Fe is full of historic inns and quiet retreats, so feel free to explore beyond this list.

Getting Around the City

Santa Fe is a compact city. If you choose to stay in the Railyard or the historic downtown area, you will find that most of your needs are met within a short distance of our venue.

On Foot

The Railyard and the Plaza are linked by paved walking trails and historic streets where most places are within a 15–20 minute walk of one another.

Rental options are available directly in the Railyard for a faster, more flexible way to explore the city.

Rideshare

Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though we recommend planning ahead in the evenings as wait times can increase due to a limited number of local drivers.

This free shuttle service loops through the downtown area with frequent stops at the Railyard for easy transit without a car.

Rental Cars

If you choose to rent a car, please keep in mind that while there is parking located throughout the Railyard and Plaza, it may be limited due to it being high season. Local rental agencies are available if you prefer to book a vehicle once you are in the city.
