Vanessa Roanhorse

Vanessa Roanhorse is a Diné entrepreneur, strategist, and systems designer working at the intersection of capital, community, and economic transformation. As CEO of Roanhorse Consulting, she leads a nationally recognized Indigenous-led social enterprise advancing models of finance rooted in relationship, regeneration, and self-determination.

In 2024, RCLLC launched Return on Indigenous (ROI) Studios, a venture studio supporting Indigenous founders, and is the architecture behind innovative capital strategies including the Moonsoon Fund, the Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship (REA), and the Indigenous Futures Tech Hub. Her work challenges extractive systems by designing pathways that align capital with Indigenous values and community priorities.

With over a decade of experience across philanthropy, finance, and entrepreneurship, Vanessa partners with institutions, investors, and communities to build Indigenous economic ecosystems. Her leadership is grounded in rematriating economies and advancing long-term, generational impact.
