Vincent Ferguson

Vincent “VFerg” Ferguson is an artist, educator, community builder, and Founder of Amplify the Human, from Evans, Georgia, now based in The Bronx. He works with people to unlock their potential through creativity, music, and technology.

A graduate of Morehouse College and Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, Vincent bridges the worlds of business, education, and the arts. After beginning his career on Wall Street, he transitioned into transformational facilitation, specializing in social-emotional learning, cultural storytelling, and immersive creative experiences.

Vincent founded Amplify the Human, a global initiative that uses music, storytelling, and emerging technology to help educators, artists, and organizations reimagine learning and human connection in the AI era. He is also the founder of Higher Level Music (millions of streams globally) and serves as Chief Disruption Officer at Indigo Productions, one of NYC’s leading media studios, creating content that moves culture and communities.

As a consultant, Vincent collaborates with Langston League to design culturally relevant music curricula for underserved students. His creative and educational partnerships include Marvel, Disney, Microsoft, Netflix, Building Beats, and several colleges. He also mentors with Carnegie Hall’s Future Music Project, supporting the next generation of artist-leaders.
